- This is applicable for prepaid and postpaid customers (except ERS & Business Solutions Postpaid).
- Customers cannot buy only validity. Browsing charge inside Flexiplan app is free.
- SMS purchased from here is usable to GP-other local numbers.
- The PIN that customer receives for purchasing the bundle is not to be shared with others for his/her own safety as this may lead to fraudulent activity. Grameenphone will not be liable if any loss is incurred while sharing PIN with others knowingly or unknowingly.
- Customers can gift bundle to others. While gifting, money will be deducted from the giver’s account.
- Auto Renewal feature is not applicable for purchased Flexiplan bundles.
- The validity and volume of internet in FlexiPlan is separate from the regular internet packs.
- The internet validity of (1,7,30 days) will not be added with other internet volume validity
- Dial *121*1*2# to know about the remaining data, talk-time, SMS balance
- During the campaign period, customers will get free 20MB internet if they purchase through the app and share it in Facebook (except SMS bundle)
- Validity of free data (20MB & 50MB) is one day
- The free data offer will continue until further notice
- 3% Supplementary Duty (SD) +15% VAT on price inclusive of SD will be applicable + 1% surcharge on base tariff
